CHOICE OF INK COLOURS

• Ink colours: Choose from 5 ink colours, all dermatologically tested for skin irritation. See certificate image.
• Refill ink: Refills - ink pads and bottled ink is available for every colour - buy with your stamp for a discounted price
• How to change the ink colour: Purchase a new ink pad, remove the current pad (see 'Refill' tab for instructions), stamp out the mount so the rubber face is free from ink, then insert the new colour ink pad.

CHOICE OF IMAGES and FILE INFORMATION

• Image options: Scroll to find the image grids and type the image reference number required 
• Other image choices:  We have a huge image library, contact us for alternative images
• Own image / logo: State 'own image' in the image box and upload your file. Images need to be one colour with no shaded areas (ideally black) and high resolution (quality) jpegs, gif, png, PDF or similar.

ADDING PERSONALISED TEXT / DIFFERENT FONTS

• Is text optional?  Yes
• Specify text requirements:  Text will be wrapped to fit automatically unless a specific line break is indicated by typing <br> where required
• Font options: Select from our list of standard fonts. Contact us for using alternative fonts.

PROOFS

• Proofs: Simple, image only designs will not be proofed unless requested. More complex designs will be emailed to size on an A4 PDF. 

CUSTOM STAMP DELIVERY TIMESCALES

• Timescales: Manufacturing is 2-3 days plus postage time. Please note that during peak times (Sep - Oct) delivery may take slightly longer.
• Next day delivery: Unfortunately this is not available for custom made products, however if next day delivery is purchased we will use this post method to deliver your order.

Skin/hand safe ink: Please note that while this ink is dermatologically tested and formulated to be skin-safe and suitable for most skin types, we recommend a patch test prior to use, especially for sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We and Noris GmBH are not responsible for reactions that may occur in individual cases.

	Ink Specification: The refill for this teacher stamp is specialist rubber ink that has been dermatologically tested. Available as a replacement pad or as a 10ml bottle of ink to replenish the existing ink pad.
	SPECIAL OFFER Refill Ink: Add a refill to your stamp order to benefit from discounted prices.
	How to Refill a Shiny Handy Anti Bac Stamp Bottle ink instructions: 1. Open the stamp 2. Apply a 3-4 drops only to the pad. This refreshes the pad which in turn inks the rubber. Be careful not to over fill the pad. 3. Once the ink has all been absorbed close the stamp 4. Start using after around 10 minutes. Replacement pad instructions (same ink colour): 1. Open the stamp 2. Holding both sides of the pad (nearest to the stamp body) remove the pad - it will 'unclick' from the mount 3. Replace with the new pad ensuring the pad ensuring it clicks into place 4. Start using straight away. Replacement pad instructions (different ink colour): 1. Open the stamp 2. Remove the pad  3. Stamp out the mount on scrap paper to clean the rubber image plate 4. Once no ink impression prints insert the new pad ensuring it clicks into place 5. Start using straight away.

	Important Stamp Refill Ink Notes: - Always refill with the correct ink for your stamp. Ink specifications vary and the wrong ink could ruin your stamp. - Refilling with a different colour ink onto the existing stamp pad does not change your stamp's colour.

Personalised Products

Manufacturing time varies by product/brand and generally takes 1 to 5 working days - this can be longer during peak periods (Aug - Oct). Please note that Next Day/Tracked 24 delivery applies from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. If your order is urgent please specify in the product page special instructions box or contact us to discuss your requirements.

Tracked delivery in 2 to 7 days (dependent on service selected), tax and duty paid - prices start from £6 and is calculated by weight and limited by order value . 
Note: Due to EU regulations the max. order value for delivery inclusive of tax and duty is €180/£150.
