INK COLOUR INFORMATION

• Colour Options: This stamp has a choice of 20 ink colours to suit your school's marking strategy or your preference.
• Colour supplements: Some colours take longer to process and therefore cost more to manufacture.
• Reinkable colours: CS10 refill ink is available for every colour - buy with your stamp at a discounted price.
• Changing ink colour: The stamp face is impregnated with ink and cannot be changed.

IMAGE OPTIONS

• Supplied images: Use the provided grids to select an image.
• Alternative images:  We have a huge image library, contact us for complimentary image design options.
• Own artwork / logo options: Upload using the button provided - files must be black only, high resolution, jpgs, pdf, .ai, .psd, .png or similar.

TEXT / FONT OPTIONS

• Is text optional?  Yes. 
• Text formatting:  Text is wrapped to fit the stamp area automatically. If a specific line break is required, type <br> to indicate where.
• Standard font? Arial bold is our default as it is an easy to read choice for teacher stamps. Other fonts available for a small supplement to cover the artwork changes necessary.

PROOFS & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

• Request a proof:  Request a proof in the 'instructions' box on each custom stamp page.
• Special instructions: Use the instructions box to tell us us of any further information we need to create your stamp.

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

• Delivery times: Xstamper manufacturing takes 5-8 days - this can be longer during peak times (Sep - Oct)
• Next day delivery? Unfortunately this is not available for Xstamper custom made stamps, however if next day delivery is purchased we will use this method to deliver your order so you will get it as quickly as possible.

Quantity discounts are applied automatically for quantities of 2, 3-9, 10-19 and 20+ stamp orders.
Further discount is available for orders of 40+ stamps. Please email for a quote detailing your order requirements.

Personalised Products

Manufacturing time varies by product/brand and generally takes 1 to 5 working days - this can be longer during peak periods (Aug - Oct). Please note that Next Day/Tracked 24 delivery applies from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. If your order is urgent please specify in the product page special instructions box or contact us to discuss your requirements.

Spend over £20 and enjoy FREE standard delivery (Tracked 48 Royal Mail) to any UK mainland address. Need it faster? Tracked 24 and Next Day Delivery can be selected in the basket view - prices are shown below.

Please note: free shipping is only available on orders placed directly through our website. Orders placed by phone or email are not eligible.

EU Delivery (max. order value €150): Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Spain 

Tracked delivery in 2 to 7 days (dependent on service selected), tax and duty paid - prices start from £6 and is calculated by weight and limited by order value . 
Note: Due to EU regulations the max. order value for delivery inclusive of tax and duty is €180/£150.

Rest of World Delivery: Australia, Switzerland, Kuwait, USA, Canada etc.
