How to order
Create artwork, design instructions:
- Design/layout shape - the plate can be any shape, as long as it fits in the available area.
- Use the 'Select your mount size..' to confirm your stamper size - this represents the maximum print area your stamp can accommodate.
- Design option - select whether to have an external border around the design.
- Alignment - let us how you want any images or text positioned (or select none)
- Select/change font - select a font or specify no text
- Image:
- state 'no image' for text only designs
- choose an image from the provided grids and type the image number, or
- state 'own image' and provide an image using the upload button. Note, images must be high resolution/quality, in one colour with no shading (ideally black).
- Enter text - type your text, formatting it as required - use the enter key to create a line break.
- In the 'New RUBBER PLATE size..' box enter the exact dimensions of your new design. IMPORTANT - the max. size the new plate/design can be is the mount's max. print area minus 1.5mm on each dimension. This is because rubber plates that fit too close to the edges will interfere with the mechanism.
- Use the special instructions box if needed. Please note a proof will be emailed for your approval.
- Read the 'Refill tab' for your options and where to find the applicable refill pages.
- State the quantity required and add to basket.
- Check out.

FAQs
Q: Will this work with any stamper brand?
A: The rubber plate is a thickness and specification that works with Shiny stamps. It will most likely work with other brand stampers that use adhesive-mounted plates, however as we are unable to test other brands this cannot guaranteed and plates cannot be returned/refunded. In addition, ink refill compatibility is also applicable to Shiny-brand stampers. Read the refill tab for more information.
Q: Is this really eco-friendly?
A: Yes! By reusing the stamper body, you reduce plastic waste, packaging waste, and unnecessary manufacturing.
Q: Can I change designs more than once?
A: Absolutely. You can swap out plates whenever you need a new design.
Q: Will the adhesive damage my stamper?
A: No. The adhesive is designed to be removable without damaging the stamper base. The only exception will be if the existing adhesive pad is very old and therefore can be hard to remove and damage may be incurred in the process.
Q: Do I need tools?
A: No tools required—just peel, stick and stamp!
Q: Will the refill ink in a bottle colour match my existing ink colour?
A: Our and most authentic Shiny stamp pads use Noris ink and so the colours available match the Noris colour range. It's possible ink colours may vary slightly if your stamp is over 8 years old. If you are unsure we suggest you order a new pad and you can then use our refill ink in the future.
Q: Can I change the colour my stamper prints?
A: Yes! Changing the ink pad enables you to also change the ink colour of your stamp.
Reinking your current rubber stamp
Refill ink options - restore your stamp to like-new performance using one of the following refill ink options. Don't feel constrained by the colour of your existing stamp, changing the ink pad enables you to also change the ink colour of your stamp.
For Shiny brand stampers you can either:
- replace the ink pad in your stamp with the same or a new colour from our range of 20 ink colours - click here
- replenish the existing pad with liquid ink. Please note our, and most Shiny stamp pads use Noris ink so the colours available match the Noris ink range. It's possible ink colours may vary slightly, especially if your stamp is old.
We can't guarantee ink compatibility or colour matching with existing pads, so, if you are unsure, we suggest you order a new pad - the bottled refill ink can then be used to refill the pad in the future. Click here to order a 10ml refill ink bottle.
