Choice of teacher stamper ink colour

CHOICE OF INK COLOURS

How many colours are there? This stamp has a choice of 14 ink colours to suit your school's marking strategy or your preference.
Why do some colours have supplements? Some colours take longer to process and therefore cost more to manufacture.
Are all ink colours refillable? Yes, refill ink is available for every ink colour - buy with your stamp at a discounted price.
Can I change my stamp's ink colour? No. This stamp has a rubber which is impregnated with ink, it is not possible to change the stamp's colour by adding a different colour refill.

IMAGE FILES

Image format/file. Needs to be high resolution, black only - .ai, .psd, jpeg, png, pdf or similar.
Image upload. Use the file upload button to upload your file.
File check. If we have any queries regarding your supplied image we will contact you and / or provide a proof by email. To request a proof please do so in the special instructions box.

ADDING PERSONALISED TEXT / DIFFERENT FONTS

Is text optional? Yes.
How do I specify my text requirements? To specify a line break type <br> in your text.
How long can text be? This varies by font and font size, generally for this stamp the max. number of characters per line is 18, with a maximum of 3 text lines. Note: the more characters used, the smaller the font. If we have any concerns with your request, we will contact you prior to manufacture.
What is the standard font? Arial bold - is our default as it is an easy to read choice for most teacher stamps. There are other fonts available for which a small supplement applies as artwork takes longer to prepare.

STAMP MOUNT COLOURS

What colour will the mount be? There are 8 different colour stamper mounts so the closest match to your ink colour will be used (black ink = yellow mount).
Can I specify the colour mount ? Yes, detail in the special instructions box if you want a specific mount colour. The choices are blue, green, orange, pink, purple, red, turquoise and yellow.

PROOFS & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Can I request a proof? Yes, request it in the 'Special instructions' box. Note: proofing will delay delivery.
How do I specify other requirements? Use the special instructions box to tell us us of any further instructions.

CUSTOM STAMP DELIVERY TIMESCALES

How long is delivery? Processing your image and manufacturing is 1-2 days plus post delivery time. Please note that during peak times (Sep - Oct) delivery may take slightly longer.
Can I order next day delivery? Unfortunately this is not available for custom made products, however if next day delivery is purchased we will use this method to deliver your order.

	Ink Specification: The refill ink for this teacher stamp is Flash - brand/manufacturer varies by colour. Supplied in 10ml bottles, enough for 15-20 refills.

	How to Refill a Flash Self-inking Teacher Stamp Instructions: Remove the coloured stem of the stamp by pulling it away from the coloured base. This reveals a tube to the back side of the internal ink pad. Apply just 4-6 drops of ink down the tube. This refreshes the pad which in turn inks the rubber. Reassemble the stamp. Leave the stamp in an upright position to allow complete absorption (approx. 12 hours).

	Important Stamp Refill Ink Notes: Always refill with the correct ink for your stamp. Ink specifications vary and the wrong ink could ruin your stamp. Refilling with a different colour ink does not change your stamp's colour.

Manufacturing time varies by product/brand and generally takes 1 to 5 working days - this can be longer during peak periods (Aug - Oct). Please note that Next Day/Tracked 24 delivery applies from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. If your order is urgent please specify in the product page special instructions box or contact us to discuss your requirements.
