CHOICE OF INK COLOURS here!
- How many colours are there? This stamp has a choice of 20 ink colours to suit your school's marking strategy or your preference.
- Why do some colours have supplements? Some colours take longer to process and therefore cost more to manufacture.
- Are all ink colours refillable? Yes, refill ink is available for every ink colour - buy with your stamp at a discounted price.
- Can I change my stamp's ink colour? Yes. To do so you will need to first remove the ink pad, stamp out the stamper so the rubber face is free from ink, then insert a new colour ink pad.
CHOICE OF IMAGES
- Own image/artwork or logo - upload your artwork/logo by clicking the "choose file" button or email to info@schoolstamps.co.uk after checkout, quoting your order number.
- Image/artwork files - images must be black only and a high resolution file (jpeg, pdf, png, .ai, .psd or similar) - contact us if you require assistance.
- Image options - a large selection of images are available with the standard version of this stamp. Please search by the product code to find this option. Alternatively, we have a huge image library, contact us for complimentary image design options.
- Special instructions - Use the 'special instructions' box if you'd like to tell us more about the layout/design.
ADDING PERSONALISED TEXT / DIFFERENT FONTS
- Is text optional? Yes.
- How do I specify my text requirements? Text will be wrapped over a maximum of 5 lines automatically. If you require a specific line break, type <br> to indicate where this is required.
- How long can text be? This varies by font and font size, generally for this stamp the max. number of characters is 58 per line and a maximum of 5 lines. Note: the more characters used, the smaller the font. If we have any concerns with your request, we will contact you prior to manufacture.
- What is the standard font? Arial bold - is our default as it is an easy to read choice for most teacher stamps. There are other fonts available for which a small supplement applies as artwork takes longer to prepare.
- Special instructions - Use the 'special instructions' box if you'd like to tell us more about the layout/design.
STAMP MOUNT COLOURS
- What colour will the mount be? There are 2 different colour stamper mounts - green and white - so the closest match to your ink colour will be used.
- Can I specify the colour mount ? Yes, detail in the special instructions box if you want a specific mount colour.
PROOFS & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Can I request a proof? Yes, request it in the 'Special instructions' box. Note: proofing will delay delivery.
- How do I specify other requirements? Use the special instructions box to tell us us of any further instructions.
CUSTOM STAMP DELIVERY TIMESCALES
- How long is delivery? Manufacturing is 2-3 days plus post delivery time. Please note that during peak times (Sep - Oct) delivery may take slightly longer.
- Can I order next day delivery? Unfortunately this is not available for custom made products, however if next day delivery is purchased we will use this method to deliver your order.
