CHOICE OF INK COLOURS
- How many colours are there? This stamp has a choice of 14 ink colours to suit your school's marking strategy or your preference.
- Why do some colours have supplements? Some colours take longer to process and therefore cost more to manufacture.
- Are all ink colours refillable? Yes, refill ink is available for every ink colour - buy with your stamp at a discounted price.
- Can I change my stamp's ink colour? No. This stamp has a rubber which is impregnated with ink, it is not possible to change the stamp's colour by adding a different colour refill.
CHOICE OF IMAGES
- How to select an image - scroll the image to find the grid and type the image number in the text box.
- Can't find the image you need? We have a huge image library, contact us for complimentary image design options.

ADDING PERSONALISED TEXT / DIFFERENT FONTS
- Is text optional? Yes. Text can be in any combination i.e. no text, top text only, bottom text only or both.
- How do I specify my text requirements?
- For no text, leave the fields blank
- For top text or bottom text only or both type text making it clear what is required.
- How long can text be? This varies by font and font size, generally for this stamp the max. number of characters (inc. spaces) is 18-20 top and the same below the image. Note: the more characters used, the smaller the font. If we have any concerns with your request, we will contact you prior to manufacture.
- What is the standard font? Arial bold - is our default as it is an easy to read choice for most teacher stamps. There are other fonts available.
STAMP MOUNT COLOURS
- What colour will the mount be? There are 8 different colour stamper mounts so the closest match to your ink colour will be used (black ink = yellow mount).
- Can I specify the colour mount ? Yes, detail in the special instructions box if you want a specific mount colour. The choices are blue, green, orange, pink, purple, red, teal and yellow.
PROOFS & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Can I request a proof? Yes, request it in the 'Special instructions' box. Note: proofing will delay delivery.
- How do I specify other requirements? Use the special instructions box to tell us us of any further instructions.
CUSTOM STAMP DELIVERY TIMESCALES
- How long is delivery? Manufacturing is 1-2 days plus post delivery time. Please note that during peak times (Sep - Oct) delivery may take slightly longer.
- Can I order next day delivery? Unfortunately this is not available for custom made products, however if next day delivery is purchased we will use this method to deliver your order.
