CHOICE OF INK COLOURS

• Ink colours: Choose from 20 ink colours, including 2 fluorescents. Some colours require extra processing so have a supplement
• Refill ink: Refills - ink pads and bottled ink is available for every colour - buy with your stamp for a discounted price
• How to change the ink colour: Purchase a new ink pad, remove the current pad (see 'Refill' tab for instructions), stamp out the mount so the rubber face is free from ink, then insert the new colour ink pad.

CHOICE OF IMAGES

• Image options: Scroll to find the image grids and type the image reference number required 
• Other image choices:  We have a huge image library, contact us for alternative images
• Own image / logo: State 'own image' in the image box and upload your file. Images need to be one colour with no shaded areas (ideally black) and high resolution (quality) jpegs, gif, png, PDF or similar.

ADDING PERSONALISED TEXT / DIFFERENT FONTS

• Is text optional?  Yes
• Specify text requirements:  Text will be wrapped to fit automatically unless a specific line break is indicated by typing <br> where required
• Font options: Select from our list of standard fonts. Contact us for using alternative fonts.

PROOFS

• Proofs: Simple, image only designs will not be proofed unless requested. More complex designs will be emailed to size on an A4 PDF. 

CUSTOM STAMP DELIVERY TIMESCALES

• Timescales: Manufacturing is 2-3 days plus postage time. Please note that during peak times (Sep - Oct) delivery may take slightly longer.
• Next day delivery: Unfortunately this is not available for custom made products, however if next day delivery is purchased we will use this post method to deliver your order.

Quantity discounts are applied automatically for quantities of 2, 3-9, 10-19 and 20+ stamp orders.
Further discount is available for orders of 40+ stamps. Please email for a quote detailing your order requirements.

Personalised Products

Manufacturing time varies by product/brand and generally takes 1 to 5 working days - this can be longer during peak periods (Aug - Oct). Please note that Next Day/Tracked 24 delivery applies from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. If your order is urgent please specify in the product page special instructions box or contact us to discuss your requirements.

Free Shipping Threshold 
Spend over £20 and enjoy FREE standard delivery (Tracked 48 Royal Mail) to any UK mainland address. Need it faster? Tracked 24 and Next Day Delivery can be selected in the basket view - prices are shown below.

For orders below £20, the prices below apply. Select service during checkout.

Please note: free shipping is only available on orders placed directly through our website. Orders placed by phone or email are not eligible.

** Weight based pricing. Rate shown is for up to 100g.

EU Delivery (max. order value €150): Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Spain 

Tracked delivery in 2 to 7 days (dependent on service selected), tax and duty paid - prices start from £6 and is calculated by weight and limited by order value . 
Note: Due to EU regulations the max. order value for delivery inclusive of tax and duty is €180/£150.

Rest of World Delivery: Australia, Switzerland, Kuwait, USA, Canada etc.
