Customised & Made to Order Stamp Orders

We are unable to fulfil custom and made to order stamps from 24 Dec to 4 Jan 2109 due to factory closure. Orders will be held and made as a priority upon reopening.

Christmas Holiday Service Commitment

Standard orders (i.e. not custom products) placed up to 10am on the 24th December will be dispatched that day. Royal Mail collections recommence the 27th December - therefore orders between this period will be dispatched the 27th December. A reduced Royal Mail service also operates on the 31st December and therefore the cut off for order fulfillment is 10am that day, with normal service recommencing on the 2nd January 2019.


Same Day Shipping and Free Delivery to UK & 13 EU Countries

Our Service Commitment

All standard / stocked orders received Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays in England) before 1.30pm are processed and shipped the same day. Custom orders take approximately 5-7 days to produce and deliver.


UK & EU Orders - FREE Delivery to the UK and 13 EU countries

UK orders - are sent via First Class Mail which aims to deliver the next working day. Orders above £50 are sent using Royal Mail Signed for delivery.

EU orders
- are sent via Priority airmail which aims to deliver within 3-5 working days.
Qualifying countries for free delivery include: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands and Sweden.

 

Delayed deliveries

Should your order not arrive within five working days (UK) or 8-10 working days (EU) please contact us so we can investigate your order and get your goods to you as soon as possible.

 

UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

If you would like your order to arrive the next day please select this option in the 'Shipping Method' of the checkout process. Standard next day delivery will arrive at any time during the next day. For pre 1pm delivery please contact us directly. All next day delivery options incur a supplement which is shown and calculated online - orders must be placed before midday, Monday - Thursday and signed for on arrival. Next day for delivery on a Saturday or Sunday is currently unavailable.

 

Delivery to Other EU Countries

Due to issues with country postal services the delivery method for the following countries are either courier or Royal Mail Tracked and Signed services. Prices are quoted during the checkout process:

World Wide Destination Orders

Classroom Capers ships to the following international destinations using the postal service detailed below. Because we want to keep your delivery charge to a minimum, our rates vary accordingly. Shipping costs are based on the actual weight of items and the shipping distance. Simply place your order online and the shipping costs will be automatically added to the order total. Airmail worldwide aims to delivery within 5 - 7 working days. Should your order not arrive within a reasonable period of time, please contact us so we can investigate and get your goods to you as soon as possible. Refunds and Returns

If you’re not satisfied with any of our products, we will promptly replace or exchange your order or return the purchase price, less packaging and postage within 30 days of original invoicing.
Goods must be returned in their original condition (i.e. unopened and in a resaleable condition) to:
