Save money with a bottle of refill ink
If you're just looking to replenish your current ink pad with the same colour. It is cheaper to buy a 10ml refill bottle - by applying just a few drops to the existing pad. The only exception will be for old / high usage stamps where the pad can be worn down with use and therefore a new pad would be more suitable.

Colour changes
As well as revitalising your stamper, replacing the pad also enables you to change the colour of your stamp image so as well as revitalising your stamp, it will create what will seem like a beautiful new impression. Changing the pad colour will involve clearing excess ink on the rubber by pressing it many times without a pad inserted.

How to Refill a Shiny Printer Date Self-inking Rubber Stamp

1. Release pad: Whilst holding the red locking buttons, gently push the handle down until the stamp locks. Remove the pad by pushing it from the front (noting the direction of the ink pad). See image below


2. Replace with the new pad ensuring the pad is inserted the correct way up.
3. Start using straight away.

Colour changes: If purchasing a new ink colour pad for your stamp, you will need to remove the current pad and stamp out until the previous colour is no longer visible in the impression. The new colour pad can then be inserted.
