West Sussex Library Service - Case study

West Sussex has been a customer since 2017. After an initial trial in a few libraries, the bookmarks were rolled out to all sites. Sales have been consistent, averaging 10,000 per year.

Supplied in a retail stand, the bookmarks are very popular, with approx. 24,000 sold in around 2 and a half years. The bookmarks are good quality, individually wrapped, so they’re great for gifts and the range continually evolves so we’re able to keep our displays fresh and new.

To arrange a trial simply:

• On this page, select the trial purchase option, tick if you require personalised stand headers and enter quantity of stands required. 
• Use the further instructions box for any information supplementary to the delivery/contact details which will be provided during checkout.
• Checkout.
• We'll verify your application and will be in contact to confirm the process. 
• We'll supply a stand filled with best-selling designs, ready to display. You set the sales price - we recommend a price range from £1.80-2.50.
• We'll contact you after 30 days

If after the trial period:-

• you wish to continue selling - great news! We'll invoice you for the bookmarks sent. We'll then email you a reorder list for future stock orders. 
• you don't wish to continue, simply return the stand and unsold goods and we'll invoice you just for bookmarks sold. The only condition is that the goods and stand are in a resaleable/reusable condition so please take care when packaging for transit.

How the Library Programme Works

Initial orders:

• Order on this page for a complete unit which includes a stand plus 240 bookmarks. Stands are provided free for first orders only. State the stand/order quantity.
• Tick the box if you require a personalised stand header. Please email high quality artwork/logos to info@classroomcapers.co.uk
• Select payment or 30 day trial - either purchase the complete unit outright, or select the 30 day free trial - use the Further information text box to supply any information supplementary to your contact details which will be requested as part of the check out process.
• Next step - if you've purchased the stand outright the stand will be delivered shortly. If you've opted for the trial we'll be in touch to verify details.

Easy restocking - Order by email

• Currently reordering is by PDF form (ordering online soon available)
• On receipt of an order form and official purchase order we'll create the order and email an order confirmation / invoice - payable on 30 days terms. 
• With over 30 designs you can rotate stock to keep the display fresh and periodically we'll introduce new designs.
• Delivery requirements/any costs will be discussed with you at the time of ordering.

Delivery

Trial stands and orders delivered to one location are delivered free using a tracked Royal Mail service.
