Job Vacancy - Administrative Specialist

Classroom Capers is a home based, ecommerce business. Established for 10 years we have a successful and growing education and party resources product range that sells via websites and sales channels in the UK and Europe.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, office experienced staff member to join our small, dynamic team to further our company growth. The position would suit a hard working candidate that enjoys a wide range of office based tasks - with focus on sales & marketing, and data analysis, but also including menial tasks such as picking & packing.

As a key member of a small team, there’s the opportunity to develop the role and be part of the company’s success. Ideally locally based, the candidate will benefit from flexible hours, a generous profit share and health care options.

Role Description

• - Assisting with pick, pack and dispatch
• - Customer service – phone, email, online chat
• - Data analysis
• - Marketing - online and offline
• - DTP work to create custom made products

Skill Requirements

• - High attention to detail
• - Excellent literacy and typing skills
• - Highly personable and confident liaising with customers and suppliers
• - French language and social media experience a huge advantage
• - Familiarity with IT systems – Word processing, Spreadsheets etc
• - Ability to create and analyse spreadsheet reports
• - Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
• - Flexible attitude and approach to all tasks from menial to complex

Renumeration

Our philosophy is to employ staff as informal partners in our business so they take ownership of their work and benefit directly from the company's success. We therefore offer a basic hourly rate of £10, plus a generous bonus scheme paid annually.
